Fun weekend, crazy day today!

We had a pretty fun weekend at least Saturday night. We go to take the kids to see fireworks in shelby they always have them during their bicycle days festival the week after the fourth. We didn't think we were going to make it since it rained on and off all day saturday. It got nice out so we decided to go. It was really humid out and crowded. But we met up with jess and fred to have a little help. It was also a hard experience for me. It is starting to get to the point now that Preston isn't aloud to do certain stuff. Uncle Fred was going to take him on a obstacle course that was blown up but the guy wouldn't let Preston go because he can not walk. That made me cry my eyes out. It is hard to see your child not being able to do things to enjoy life. Scott and I want so bad for Preston to have as much of a normal life as possible so we are going to try more. He is perfect to us and we want to give him the best life possible. As we would with Hayden if he was still with us. So since he wasn't aloud to do that they did have one of those big blown up slides that are huge. So uncle freddy took him down that twice. He loved it. Maddie got to do some stuff but wasn't really sure about it. Then we watched fireworks and got home really late. Sunday scott and I got a day out to ourselfs to go clothes shopping for us. WEll today was a bad day. We were suppose to take PReston to Cleveland for a mapping session of his cochlear implant. Well we got up this morning and preston was having some issues with breathing and coughing. I did not like how he sounded so went ahead and gave him a breathing treatment didn't seem to help much but was trying to give it time. Finally i called the doctor and asked to be seen as soon as possible. So i had to call and cancel the appt in clevland which i am sure they weren't happy about but his breathing was my main concern today. So we take him to the dr in Ashland and they say he has Croop. He is acting better tonight and the wheezing is almost gone. Hasn't ran a fever at all and has been active for the most part. So when Scott got home tonight it was me and maddie running around town doing errands.

Keep us in your thoughts tomorrow as tomorrow marks 14 months since we lost Hayden which also means that he has been gone as long as we had him here on earth. We miss him so much and their still isn't a day that goes by that we do think of him or go to his site. I thought by now I wouldn't go to his site as much but i am not sure if that will ever stop. It gives me some comfort to go visit him and clean his marker. What else can I do for him. If I don't go my husband does or one of my parents. We miss him very much and I just keep thinking that one more day that i get through here on earth is one more day closer to being with my Lord and my son forever.
